Return and Exchange Policy:

At Moss Le Petit, we want to make sure you love our pieces. If you need a different size or want to choose another style altogether, we're here to assist you. Simply reach out to us, and we'll be more than happy to help.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at hello@mosslepetit.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition, with the original tags attached, for a full refund (excluding any postage costs) or an exchange.

You can exchange an item once free of charge, but any costs associated with return shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all sale items are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or altered.

Sale Knits:

When making a purchase during a sale, please choose carefully as all sale items are considered final. We are unable to accept returns for sale items.

We recommend carefully reviewing the sizing chart and description before making your purchase.

If you have any questions about a sale piece, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@mosslepetit.com before placing your order.

Encountered an issue with your knit?

We take the quality of our knits very seriously and go to great lengths to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen as we are only human.

If you believe you have received a faulty piece or one that does not match the description, please send us an email at hello@mosslepetit.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and area of issue
  • Explanation of issue

We will make every effort to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible or appropriate, we will provide a refund. Return postage for items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Moss Le Petit.

Please remember that your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
