Shipping policy

Moss Le Petit deliver to all locations within Australia and most countries worldwide.  All orders are shipped directly from our home studio on the Mornington Peninsula.  Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed.

AUSTRALIAN Orders: We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.

Free Standard delivery on Australian orders over $150

Standard - $10 AUD flat rate (2-8 business days)

Express - $14 AUD flat rate (1-4 business days)

Local Pick up – Balnarring – FREE (typically available within 24 hours)

For local customers, we offer the choice to personally collect your order from our Balnarring studio on the Mornington Peninsula. This service is available by appointment only. Once your order is prepared for collection, a team member will email you with the address.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: We are currently partnered with Australia Post for international shipping.

New Zealand
Standard - $20 AUD flat rate (7 business days)

USA | Canada
Standard - $35 AUD flat rate (12 business days)

UK | Europe | Rest of World
Standard - $39 AUD flat rate (6-20 business days)

INTERNATIONAL Customs | Duties | Taxes:

Import duties may apply to your order depending on its value and shipping country.

*** Payment of duties and import tax is the responsibility of the customer. These charges are NOT included in the checkout total, as they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.

If your delivery is refused, extra charges may apply. (See Refused Deliveries below)

Refused Deliveries:

If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to Moss Le Petit, any original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Dispatching your order:

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery of your item(s).

Payment:

All orders are displayed and processed in AUD unless you select your currency from the currency converter, located in the “main menu”, in which case your order and shipping costs will display in your selected currency.
