Shipping policy

Moss Le Petit delivers to all locations within Australia and to most countries worldwide.  All orders are shipped directly from our home studio on the Mornington Peninsula via Australia Post. 

AUSTRALIAN Orders: 

Free Standard delivery on Australian orders over $150.

Standard - $10 AUD flat rate (2-8 business days)

Express - $14 AUD flat rate (2-4 business days)

Local Pickup – Balnarring – FREE (typically available within 24 hours)

For local customers, we offer the choice to collect your order from our Balnarring studio on the Mornington Peninsula. This service is available by appointment only. Once your order is ready for collection, a team member will email you with the address.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: 

All import duties, taxes and tariffs are paid by Moss Le Petit prior to delivery. No additional charges are expected on arrival.

Free Standard delivery on orders over $250.

New Zealand
Standard - $20 AUD flat rate (7 business days)

USA | Canada
Standard - $35 AUD flat rate (12 business days)

UK | Europe | Rest of World
Standard - $39 AUD flat rate (6-20 business days)

Dispatching your order:

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery of your item(s).

Payment:

All orders are displayed and processed in AUD unless you select your preferred currency using the currency converter located in the main menu. In this case, your order and shipping costs will be displayed in your selected currency.
